Seeking an updated and upscale effect, this project includes a complete kitchen renovation, new and innovative entertainment unit and fire place, upgraded pantry, phone desk, renovated wet bar and modernized powder room. Significant challenges were overcome with skilful designing, outstanding craftsmanship and precision construction resulting in a seamless transition. Set in an already lovely existing home, changes compliment and reflect the current homeowners lifestyle and expectations and add to the overall value of this lakeside home. Some of the challenges included improving the overall functionality of the kitchen area for a growing family while creating the elegant look of a classically beautiful showpiece. During the renovation process, the kitchen tile was carefully preserved so that it could be reused on the newly configured floor area. The diamond pattern proved challenging to place around the new cabinetry and island. Perfect placement was successfully achieved.
