I have been very fortunate to have contracted Len Suchocki of Chriscan Enterprises Ltd. to manage two construction projects in the last three years.
The first - a renovation of my home kitchen - was an extensive project managed with precision and professionalism.
The second was the construction of a 20,000 sq. ft. commercial/residential building located at 3957 Lakeshore Road which Chriscan managed to a very successful conclusion.
Len has the ability to envision aesthetic solutions to solve ambiguous or faulty designs, resulting in a high quality product for the owner. For example, a design omission on the store fronts at Lakeshore Road was made moot by an elegant use of foam cornicing.
Len's good reputation with all sub-trades and suppliers has also been a great benefit.
I would have no reservations in recommending Chriscan Enterprises for similar projects.
